Sessions covered mental health, substance abuse prevention, screen addiction, peer pressure, and emotional well-being, delivered by mental health professionals through workshops, clinics, interactive discussions, and real-life case studies. The program builds self-awareness, resilience, and practical life skills. It runs in formal partnership with the Government of India.
